Women's Wellbeing
&
Personal Growth

As a certified trainer & life coach, with over 35 years’ experience in Learning & Development, I design and deliver bespoke workshops and multi-session programs for organisations, councils, and community groups.
My focus areas are women’s wellbeing and personal growth, and workplace wellbeing and essential skills, supporting both individuals and teams to thrive personally and professionally.
Each program is collaboratively designed to align with your goals, reflect your context, and create real, lasting results.
My facilitation style is highly engaging, interactive and practical — fostering reflection, connection, and skill application.
Every session is designed to deepen awareness, strengthen capability, and inspire participants to embody and integrate learnings in daily life and work.
If you’d like to explore a tailored solution for your team or community, get in touch to start the conversation.
Types of Programs / Workshops
My programs and workshops sit across two streams:
• Women’s wellbeing & personal growth — workshops or programs delivered through councils, community organisations, and women’s groups to directly support the women in their communities, helping them navigate life transitions, build confidence and resilience, and reconnect with purpose.
• Workplace wellbeing & essential skills — corporate programs and workshops with targeted learning for leaders and teams, delivered across two pathways:
-
Workplace wellbeing: topic areas include stress management, resilience, adapting to change
-
Essential skills: topic areas include client service, communication, accountability, teamwork.
Delivery formats: Single workshops or multi-series programs, tailored to your organisation’s or community group’s goals and context.
Collaborating with you
Bespoke Design & Partnership
This is not a one-size-fits-all model. My approach is collaborative and consultative from the very first conversation, ensuring each program is tailored to your organisation or community, aligns with your values and objectives, and addresses the real challenges your people face.
Discovery & brief — We clarify your desired outcomes, audience profile, timelines, and organisational or community requirements.
Design & proposal — I create a tailored program outline with learning objectives, evaluation measures, and an indicative quote.
Development & customisation — I develop session plans and supporting resources. Content is contextualised to your policies, processes, real-world examples, and any regulatory or sector requirements.
Delivery — Interactive workshops that balance interaction, reflection, practice, and real-world application, supported with relevant resources.
Embed & follow-up — Post-session review and optional follow-up sessions to reinforce learning, support behaviour change, and measure impact.

Design & Facilitation
Creating Transformative Learning Experiences
Design Principles
Adult learning first: practical, relevant, and immediately applicable.
Experiential learning: using scenarios, discussion, and reflective exercises to
explore real-world challenges.
Reflection + application: pre-session and in-session guided reflection, interactive practice, and post-session activities to apply and embed meaningful change.
Psychological safety: creating a space where participants feel comfortable to speak honestly, engage and interact fully, be open to new perspectives and try new behaviours.
Measure & improve: participant feedback and evaluation to refine and enhance learning outcomes.
Facilitation Style
My facilitation goes beyond information delivery.
I guide participants to move from awareness to reflection and real-world application.
Through empathetic connection and active engagement, sessions foster mindset shifts, practical insight, and sustainable behaviour change.
I don't do what I do to simply 'tick boxes'.
I facilitate transformation —
by connecting with and inspiring individuals
to open their minds, explore new perspectives,
experience genuine shifts, and embrace new possibilities.
They leave feeling empowered, with greater self awareness, confidence
and a desire to make meaningful changes
that they KNOW will positively impact
their personal and professional lives.
