Walking barefoot along my favourite beach is my happy place. Rain or shine, I breathe in the fresh air, soak up the beauty, and meditate on “my rock.” It grounds and energises me every time.

I love to travel! A favourite memory is exploring Greece with my girls—seeing them embrace the charm of simple village life, as much as the vibrance of Mykonos and Santorini, completely filled my heart.

Long time friends and family call me 'Effie Kefi'. 'Kefi' is the Greek word for fun! When I first picked up this nickname, back in the day, a more accurate translation was 'life of the party'!!

my inspiration
My two beautiful girls and my personal journey have been my inspiration to start my soul-led coaching business—to help amazing women like you thrive through your own major life transitions, reconnect with your purpose and step boldly into your next chapter to create a life that feels exciting, fulfilling and deeply aligned with who you are now. A life that you may not even believe is possible for you right now.
My mission is deeply heartfelt and soul-led—to help as many women as I can turn their pain into inspiration to create and live the purposeful, fulfilling, joyful and abundant life they want and deserve.
my mission
My friends describe me as the ultimate optimist, I always look for the lessons and can always see the blessings in life.
However, I was in an unhappy marriage where at my lowest, I felt paralysed by self-doubt, was disconnected from myself, filled with dread and uncertainty about the future, unsure of where to even begin.
In 2019, I took the brave steps of walking away from my 20 year marriage and started a beautiful new life for myself and my girls.
While 2020 was a tough year for many, for me, it was the year I finally breathed, nested and rediscovered who I truly was. It was one of the best years of my life.
A few years later, life was comfortable but something felt out. After eight wonderful years with my employer, something inside me wanted more. I ignored the internal nudges, believing that leaving my ‘secure’ job would never be a viable option for me.
Those gentle nudges soon turned into shoves. I faced an unexpected career 'crisis'. A situation at work blindsided me —work had always been my happy, safe place—it had me questioning my value & worth again.
I realised it was time to stop playing small, step into my true worth and trust myself. I decided to walk away from my job without a clue what was next.
What followed was a brief time of rest, reflection, rediscovering what I now wanted in life, and synchronicities that led me straight to my soul's purpose—coaching women through their own life transitions.
It became very clear to me it never was a career crisis, but rather the universe guiding me toward my calling.

Before stepping into my soul-aligned work as a coach, I spent 35 years in the corporate world, dedicated to Learning and Development.
As a facilitator, coach, mentor, content developer, and assessor, I had the honour of connecting with and empowering thousands of learners—helping them build confidence, expand their skills, and unlock their potential.
Supporting others in their growth has always been at the heart of what I do.
My passion for learning and transformation isn’t just something I bring to my coaching—it’s a way of life.
I hold two coaching certifications: Certified Life Coach and Certified Self-Love Coach.
I have also held my nationally recognised qualification as a Workplace Trainer & Assessor since 2004, consistently upgrading it to stay at the highest standard.
Beyond formal certifications, I have immersed myself in countless top-tier personal and professional development courses, deepening my expertise in facilitation, leadership, and personal growth.
